For orders with a delivery address within Greece, there is a shipping charge of 5.00€
Delivery time
Product shipments are made within and outside Greece in accordance with the terms and conditions of applicable legislation, to the location you have indicated to us using one of the available shipping methods you have selected during the purchase process. Provided that the Product you order is immediately available in our warehouses and provided that there are no other reasons that force us to temporarily or permanently suspend the sales of a Product, we will make every effort to ship within 48-92 hours. In any case, the Company must fulfill the contract no later than thirty (30) days from the confirmation of receipt of the order, otherwise you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Us.
We will make every effort to ensure that your order is executed in a reasonable time and within the time limit that we have set immediately above, however, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
(a) Because the shipment of the Product from our supplier was delayed, it was delayed at customs or in its transport and we do not have it in our warehouses at the time we estimated. In such a case, we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver the order to you without this Product (if it is an order of more Products) or to suggest another similar Product.
(b) The Product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available: In rare cases, the supplier of a Product suddenly and without warning announces that it is discontinuing it. In this case, we will contact you immediately to provide you with all the alternative solutions.
(c) During periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
(d) In the event that it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if a problem occurs with your order, either in relation to the Product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your details that you have entered are not correct or up-to-date.
Unavailability of part of an order: If the lack of availability concerns only part of the ordered Products of the order, the rest of the order is executed normally, unless the Products of the order are related, and are to be used as a single whole and you declare that the partial execution of the order does not serve your needs or interests, in which case the Company must cancel the entire order.
We would like to inform you that LUNEA BAGS sends all orders sealed. In case you receive your order in an open or damaged package, please do not accept it and contact the sales department immediately by email at luneabags@gmail.com
Deliveries are made by courier daily 09:00 – 17:00. If you wish a more specific delivery time, you can note it in the comments of your order.

Land Destinations: concerns the transport and delivery of shipments to land destinations and the indicative delivery time is 1-2 business days
Island Destinations: concerns the transport and delivery of shipments to island destinations and the indicative delivery time is 1-3 business days
Hard-to-reach Areas: concerns the transport and delivery of shipments to areas outside the boundaries of the main cities and the indicative delivery time is 1-4 business days
REST OF THE WORLD
The products are shipped with a courier company, with a delivery time of 5-7 business days.
The shipping cost is 25€.
